Small Family-Based Apartment Management Company is hiring a full-time or part-time Cleaning Person. For the right person, this job offers a flexible schedule and good compensation. Need 2-4 years of cleaning experience and own vehicle (car, truck or van). We offer a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends so this person can work anytime as long as the work is finished. The new Cleaner so will need to clean our rental houses and apartments including bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms and hallways. All cleaning supplies provided. You must have your own vehicle and we will reimburse you for gas mileage. Requirements: - 2-4 years of related professional experience for cleaning. - Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. - Must be able to read and speak fluent English. - Must have professional references that you can verify your past experience. - Clean DMV driving record and have your own vehicle. - Must be on-time and responsible. - Must be friendly. Compensation: - $20 per hour - You will be reimbursed for gas mileage. - Working weekends and evenings are required - Must have professional references that you can verify your past experience.
