$16/hr Popcorn Concession at Santa Cruz County Fair

We need staff to help us operate our popcorn concession stand at the Santa Cruz County Fair coming up September 15-19. Job includes bagging popcorn, making cotton candy, maybe run the register a bit, cleaning and organizing the stand, and other food concession related tasks... Food service experience a plus but not required. We need 1 person Wednesday (15th), Thursday (16th), and Friday (17th) from 5-10PM and 2 people all day Saturday (18th) and Sunday (19th) 10 AM - 10 PM. This year should be fairly busy. Local mask mandates applicable. Must not have Covid...but vaccination not required. Food handlers card a plus. W2 and I9 required. Temporary employment agreement only (just for this event). Our payroll is processed through Gusto and all wages will be paid via check or direct deposit only. Applicants must prove identity and eligibility to work in The United States (IRS form I-9).
