PAY & BENEFITS • $100 retention bonus after 30 days from start date • $300 additional retention bonus after 120 days from start date • $18-$20 an hour • Sick leave and vacation pay • Retirement plan – stock of company given to each team member. % of stock grows annually. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities • Repair and annual services for gas, pellet and electric fireplaces, stoves and inserts • Setting up fireplaces with the trims, logs, etc. and train customers on operation • Install fireplace glass doors and gas log sets General Requirements • Technician or construction experience • Clean DMV required! • Strong mechanical skills • Ability to work with tools with precision and efficiency • Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 pounds for 50 feet. • Individually motivated and works well in a team environment as well as independently. • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. • Critical thinking and reasoning skills. • Clean and professional presentation. Hours & Tools (No Personal Tools Required) • We will provide tools and vehicle for daily use. • Hours are Mon-Fri with occasional Sat.
