Professional couple in Old Louisville seeks a part-time household assistant for their property, a large and historic home with a carriage house. This is a part-time position that requires a few hours of availability throughout the week. This is very focused on cleaning and maintaining the house, yards and 2 short/mid term rental units. However, with the right person responsibilities could include: -Household cleaning and upkeep including laundry -Errands such as grocery shopping -Care and nurture of a fledgling courtyard garden landscaping -Supporting a 5 star Airbnb host with cleaning and staging of the rental -Helping with the care for our two awesome dogs. -Occasional overnight stays for additional compensation. The right candidate may also support business operations of a freelance writer with tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and travel arrangements. The starting wage is negotiable based on availability and/or relevant experience you have. You must have reliable transportation and be very responsible and a self-starter with.
