Andrea Campbell claims in her television ad that "the system failed her brother". WRONG!!!!! More like her family failed. Her brother is in jail for assaulting and raping up to nine women while posing as a Ride Share driver. He even filmed some of the assaults. The system didn't fail him. He was a RAPIST! He has NO ONE to blame but himself and his family. Andrea Campbell needs to apologize to each of her brother’s victims for her statement! As for her other brother, Andre, why doesn't Andrea tell us why he was being held?????? Does she blame his crimes on our system too?
