Mobile Home park, located in Covina, CA is currently looking for a Maintenance worker to assist with the maintenance responsibilities of the Park.
- General maintenance experience needed
- Maintain and clean all common areas
- Maintenance and general cleaning of dumpster areas and trash pick-up
- Maintenance of landscaped areas
- Maintain streets
- Troubleshoot onsite problems such as replacing light bulbs, handling cleaning solutions
- Plumbing experience is a plus!
Candidates must also:
- Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
- Pass a Drug/Background screening.
- Possess a valid driver license.
- Possess valid proof of insurance.
