Kitchen Technician We are currently hiring Kitchen Technicians for the city of Vernon, CA. We are looking for motivated individuals with the following qualifications. DEPARTMENT: Production SALARY STATUS: Hourly SHIFT: Able to work any shift REQUIREMENTS: 1. High school diploma or GED 2. Knowledge on computer 3. Able to read and write English 4. Previous operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience 5. Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary) JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Operate HMI, analyze and make adjustment on the HMI 2. Setup and change over equipment 3. Measure out products for dumping 4. Able to lift 50 lb bags to dump into Ribbon mixer 5. Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor 6. Dismantle of equipment for cleaning 7.
