Owner operated 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ busy, Long Island based, fast growing exterminating company is seeking individual to do pest control & exterminating. Our MISSION is to maintain a strong culture rooted in trust, integrity, professionalism and excellence. ✨ JOB DESCRIPTION: * Be responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route assigned. * Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each client site. * Responsible for discussing the scope of services provided with the customer before exiting client site. * Utilize the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for the customer's needs. * Provide customers with the best pest control and eradication services in the industry based on your expertise and company’s protocols. * Establish new customer contacts, prospects for new leads, sell and/or turnover leads to management. * Work cooperatively with owner and other employees on a daily basis. * Flexible to work some weekends, holidays, on-call and some occasional over-time work. * Responsible for providing daily detailed report on services provided to client in accordance with company policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: * The ideal candidate is independent, customer service oriented with exceptional time management skills, strong communication abilities, able to multi-task and the desire to help promote environmental health and safety. * High School diploma or equivalent, college a plus. * NYSDEC Certifications in 7A or 5 Years Experience. * Valid NYS Driver’s License. * Must have friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor, and appearance. * Prior experience and a stable work record in field/route sales/service or other related background will be considered.
