Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $25.00/Hour Benefits: Insurance Position Overview: Team Member will perform routine and preventative maintenance/repair to BRG properties. Assists in various maintenance functions to achieve outstanding interior and exterior cleanliness and assist in the maintaining restaurant and other equipment. Performs variety of skilled and semiskilled tasks in one or more of our facilities, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, and repairing our buildings. "On Call" to respond to emergency situations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Perform routine maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior •Assist with and perform tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair, and construction in the upkeep of our restaurants •Assist with and perform installation, maintenance, repair and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpet, and mechanics •Inspect properties and communicate with management regarding proper grounds keeping and general cleanup and maintenance •Perform maintenance and periodic cleaning of HVAC/Exhaust Units •Perform custodial duties as required Minimum Qualifications and Experience: •One+ year experience as a semi-skilled or skilled worker in one or more of basic building maintenance trades •General maintenance experience with minor trade repairs using manual and power hand tools •Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours and weekend assignments •Ability to communicate in English is essential •Requires HS or GED diploma and a valid state driver's license •Please include resume with application
