Southeast Healthcare has a unique opportunity available to manage a Transitional Employment program. The Program Manager provides direct supervision to Community Crew Leaders and fosters positive relationships between the program and contract customers. The Project Work program provides transitional work opportunities for up to 300 participants each year that suffer from severe & persistent mental health issues. The goal of the program is for its participants to transition from Project Work employment into competitive employment in the community. Successful candidates need to demonstrate a “can do” attitude and a strong sense of commitment to the programs mission.
