WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED CARPENTRY SUB CONTRACTOR We are Kooima Homes. A design-build family owned business. We work on high-end residential renovations anywhere from full house reno, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, mudrooms, basements, etc. Never the same thing. Always something new on projects. Pay depends on experience. This is short term at the moment to help finish up some job sites. If you keep showing up and doing a great job, we'd welcome you on long term and keep the jobs coming for you and negotiate pay. We are looking for someone who is experienced in demoing, framing, paneling/molding, residential construction experience in general. Overall great at building and working with wood. Maybe minor painting, minor drywall repair, minor tiling. Bigger jobs of painting drywall, and tiling will be contracted out. You will be working under the GC who will direct you. With that said, following directions is key. We don't have time to babysit. So self motivation, efficiency, and consistency is VERY key. Musts: Honest Great communication skills Have your own 1099 tax Have your own tools Have your own transportation Self motivated Reliable Presentable Pictures of your work Picture of you (don't care what race you are just a pic of you).
