POSITION SUMMARY The Foundation Technician is responsible for providing repairs to customer’s foundations in a professional and efficient manner. This is an independent position requiring self-discipline and good customer service skills. Crack Attack specializes in filling cracks in foundations with epoxy injection. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned by the Operations Manager: 1. Performs the following day - to - day activities: a) Ensures that the Crack Attack vehicle is stocked with tools and supplies b) Drives to customer sites c) Interfaces with customers d) Assesses foundation cracks e) Develops estimates for the work to be done f) Repairs foundation cracks g) Collects and processes customer payments h) Takes before and after pictures of work areas i) Maintains and updates customer information on company software 2. Follows policies and procedures for all company activities. 3. Maintains skills through observation, training, and self-study. 4. Maintains company quality control standards 5. Ensures proper housekeeping on site at customer locations to ensure a safe working environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Education High school diploma, GED or equivalent 2. Experience At least 1-year general construction experience 3. Other Skills and Experience Ability to deal tactfully with customers. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Experience using basic office software and on-site customer software. 4. Clean driving record and current driver’s license.
