We are a commercial demolition and concrete cutting company who works all year round looking to add some more hard workers to our crews. We are looking for hard working, reliable, dependable, experienced and non experienced crew members. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and keep busy without being told. Pay will depend on experience. If you have no experience and want to grow in our company starting pay is $15 per hour and we will train you in. If you have experience your rate will depend on your experience so you will need to provide your past work history and references. I am willing to give everyone a week or two trial to see if this is a good fit. If it works out than i have two options for pay which is LLC or payroll. I will not pay cash. You must be able to be a team player and get along with others. I will never tolerate someone who does not have a good attitude or causes problems. You must be able to follow directions and be willing to do all areas of work that would be included in the demolition and concrete cutting scopes. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. We do work some weekends and nights. Most of our work is within 40 mins of Minneapolis. We work all year long and we stay very busy. We are not looking for any part time help. We are looking for people who want a career and want to grow in a company and can follow direction and be to work on time every day with no excuses.
