This opportunity offers: • $15.00 - $17.00 per hour DOE • Part Time (20 hours per week) • Flexible Schedule • Employee referral program • Paid Sick Leave • 401(k) with employer match What you will do: • Maintain tools and equipment in working order and keeps maintenance room in neat condition. • Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and other yard work including leaf and debris removal. • Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs. • Touch-up painting and repaints buildings or rooms as required. • Clean homes to prepare for sale. • Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks. • Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks, and repairing steps and rails. • Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed. • Enforce rules & regulations of community • Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents. • Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations. What you Bring: • Ability to respond to after hour emergencies. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Basic computer knowledge • Reliable transportation and valid license • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
