Looking for on call 24/7 maintenance person for three buildings near Milwaukee St. You must live near by. Looking for someone w/experience who’s worked on rental properties before. Needs general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting & can troubleshoot. Pay is $45 for tenant request if task is under an hour & $35 an hour thereafter. Would need to help w/updating units after tenant leaves & new one arrives. This is VERY part time. More of a side job for someone.
