I was fostering Charlie for a friend who rescued him from an owner that was being neglectful and now we are looking for his forever home. He is very loving but is slow to warm up to strangers. He is potty trained but may mark new territories. He is not neutered or up to date on shots because of his circumstances. Charlie would do best in a home with owners who could be around often due to not enjoying being in a crate. He loves going on walks and being active but will also relax on the couch with you on lazy days. There will be a rehoming fee to ensure he is going to a good home.
