In a nutshell: We deliver high quality products (best-sellers & local brands) with great speed (15mins), without service fees or a minimum order value! We want to free people from the stress of planning when it comes to shopping. Our motto is “Less planning, more spontaneity”! *What We Need* We are looking for a rockstar “Rider” responsible for delivering products to our customers in 15 minutes or less! You will collaborate with our Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure flawless and reliable deliveries. While being a part of a team you will be asked to ride an electric bike or at times be on foot. While maintaining a professional and customer centric attitude, you'll follow delivery instructions while interfacing with customers via online channels to communicate order arrivals, details, and delivery challenges. *What You’ll Do* -Collaborate with our Operations and Warehouse teams and utilize technology and routing tools to deliver quickly and efficiently -Abide by New York City Department of Transportation safety regulations for a bicycle courier as needed -Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication -Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best in class customer service -Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality -Maintain a clean and organized work environment -Assist with other duties around the hub and as assigned *Who You Are* -You take pride in your work and have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. -You are able to work independently and with minimal supervision as needed. -You work hard and want to have fun while you do so. -You can work quickly and accurately to ensure a great customer experience. -You communicate effectively both in written form and live / on your feet. -You operate like an owner & expect others to as well. You take personal responsibility and value personal responsibility in others. *What You Have* -Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer -18 years or older -Ability to ride a bicycle in all weather conditions for extended periods of time (from 4 - 8 hours depending on shift length) -Ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays -Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on your own -Own a Smartphone with downloadable app capability and be familiar with technology and routing tools -Attention to detail -Safety first mindset -Able to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment -Previous e-bike or delivery experience a plus -Familiarity with the local city a plus Ready to reinvent the future??
