Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Complete paint touch ups as needed - Change HVAC filters - Assist with setup and take down of conference rooms as needed - Change out light bulbs or fixtures - Monitor and help clean construction work at Houston facilities. - Test all pumps for storm drains routinely Qualifications & Required Skills: - Education: High School Diploma or GED - Minimum of 2 years work related experience. - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Ability to write simple correspondence. - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors and other employees of the organization. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Basic personal computer skills. - Prioritize tasks. - Must have valid driver license and clean driving record Working Conditions: - Work hours are from 7:00am until 4:00pm. Evenings and weekends are required as needed depending on the workload. The warehouse temperature is not controlled and will be hot during the summer and cold in the winter.
