Roles and Responsibilities: Generate and qualify appointments for our sales team Become knowledgeable in identifying old roofs, windows, and siding Knock doors and schedule appointments with homeowners interested in a free assessment Be on time, be presentable, and be ready to make some serious dough Requirements: 1-year canvas experience A positive attitude with the goal to deliver a great customer experience. The ability to be reliable and show up to work on time every day The ability to be part of our team! Maintaining a positive customer service/team attitude Compensation And Benefits: Uncapped Earning Potential Hourly Wage *** Monthly Bonuses (Average - $1,500 with top performers bonusing over $4,000) *** Daily Spiffs Health, Dental, and Vision after 90 days Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
