Looking for MidSize: Large breed puppy

Myself along with my family are searching for a dog (can be a mutt) to “grow up” with my sons. I would like for them to be of decent size once they’re grown but not extra large (Great Dane and around that breed is too large) I am open to purebreds but I am not selling a kidney for one. Must be a puppy between 8-12 weeks. **picture is for attention lol*** Thanks so much!!
