For people who are interested, we will need to do a 5-minute zoom call. I started a junk removal & demolition business, and I need help. The first person who works with me and does well, will eventually become the truck driver and have a high potential for earnings. You will be in charge of the truck and will get paid a lot more. It starts at $16/hour + upsell commissions + tips, but if things go well within 2 months, you would take over my position, and it would double. The reason I say motivated is because, the goal is to sell within 1-2 years, so you would get equity, so a piece of the sale. (I've sold companies before, so it's very likely!) Depending on how well things go, you would also get equity, so when we sell the company, you get a nice payday. It will start part-time, but probably very soon work to full-time. I need someone reliable who is available on call, and early mornings too. Job starts next Thursday. REQUIREMENTS * Customer Service: Treat every customer like royalty with exceptional service, communication, and attitude * Sales: Onsite selling, up-selling, customer service * Truck Operations: Safely operate the Junk trucks at all times. Make sure daily inspections are performed. * Junk Removal: Heavy lifting and removal of junk (i.e. couch, mattress, appliances, yard waste, etc.) from business, residential, and government sites * Small Demolition Jobs: Hottubs, fences, drywall, concrete, etc… * Time Management: Be able to make logistical decisions within the provided daily schedule (when to dispose, how to best complete a job) * Sales: Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate and ensuring a positive experience. Be able to confidently price jobs aggressively to meet or exceed targets/goals QUALIFICATIONS * Must be an early riser * Strong customer service/people skills * Management/Leadership experience a plus * Must be able to problem-solve on the job * Excellent communication skills * Ability to lift 75 lbs * Drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record (CDL not required). * Preference for working in a fast-paced environment
