Reroute water pipes inside house, since leaking under slab

Water is leaking under my slab foundation. Rather than breaking slab until I find the leak (...again & again if future leaks) I want to reroute the water lines between a dropped ceiling & behind kitchen base cabinets. Seems there are 3 tasks -- can you do the 1st one... and maybe 2nd and/or 3rd? 1.) Route new hot/cold water lines (Handyman / Remodeler) 2.) Make new plumbing connections (Plumber) 3.) Sheetrock/Texture/Paint as needed Current lines are copper, but open to Cu/PVC transitions if flexible PVC is needed. I HAVE PICS WHEN WALLS & CEILINGS WERE OPEN DURING REMODEL 3yrs AGO. You need to be Smart, have good Communication skills, and be good solving problems. Ready to start. Maybe talk one the phone first, then have you see it.
