Relax, center yourself, and deepen your meditation practice with me at The Bruja Spa, near Venice Beach! You will be offered reiki infused hot herbal tea, made with love by me. Then, I will guide you into deep relaxation with a guided meditation to help balance your mind, body, and soul. A beautiful sound bath will end your session! No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgement! You can also ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group. This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on their spiritual and/or wellness journey! Class fee: $22/ Reiki infused herbal tea included!
