Need musicians for original Rock/Funk/Jamband

I am a Drummer/Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter looking to get my original music beyond my solo acoustic stuff. I'd like to have people play my tunes so I can do the drumming. A band who is willing to work some of my stuff into the songlist would also work just fine but I can't stress enough that some of my stuff gets played. We drummers have the hardest time getting our tunes played and it just gets old after so many years. My songs are a mash-up of The Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, and God Street Wine with a hint of Pink Floyd. My biggest problem is a place to rehearse. About me: I am 51 years old. I've been drumming since I was 7, playing guitar since I was 14 and I think I wrote my 1st decent song at around 17. I have experience with recording and live shows. Right now, I only have acoustic guitars. Everything I have ever written was written with an acoustic. I'm a pretty chill guy. 420 friendly. Totally willing to learn YOUR originals too. Otherwise, well then, I'm just a dick aren't I? I really try to never be a dick. Age doesn't really matter to me. I would love some of those ladies with the sultry voices singing. You know, like Pink Floyd had on Dark Side Of The Moon. I want a family of musicians...not just a band. There is a gigantic difference.
