NOTE - this job may not be for you... please read on. Hi. I'm a local landlord and I have several properties that need some work. In most cases, NO major work but little things here and there. I can definitely keep you busy as I need work done probably every 2 weeks or so. IMMEDIATE WORK NEEDED: I have 3 properties right now that have a punch list of items needing done from a recent city inspection. Examples of the work needed are: - a roof leak that needs repaired; - new GFCI installed in basement next to washer/dryer; - a handrail needs installed; - scraping and painting under roof eave or possibly installing soffit instead; - putting up a gutter and a few other minor things like this. I'm looking for a reliable "jack of all trades" so to speak who can handle all types of repairs that typically come up in a house such as... -plumbing -electric -carpentry -painting -etc I understand you may not want to do MAJOR plumbing or electric and that's fine. Typically rental properties need minor things here and there. The properties I have range from within York City and also outside the city. You MUST have your own tools and MUST have your own truck to transport materials. VERY IMPORTANT - you must be able to transport ladders as well so you can do some work that requires some height. A lot of the time, there are repairs that require a ladder so this is important. I PAY very quickly when the job is completed by you 100%.
