FULL/PART-TIME/CONTRACT WORK CONTRACT WORK - CONTRACT WORK CAN BE ACCOMMODATED PER PROJECT Crew Members Expected skills and abilities: At least 1 Year Experience Ability in understanding site grades and their effect on the landscape. Knowledge and ability to install stone steps, patios, walkways, and walls(free-standing, retaining, mortared, veneer). Capable of safely operating skid steers, mini excavators, and various other pieces of equipment. Knowledge of and ability to work with carbide chisels and power tools(drills, grinders, and saws to aid in shaping stone. Understand the standard processes of stone installations. Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet. Maintain communication with Crew Leader/Forman to complete assigned tasks. Help maintain a safe job site and maintain morale among team members. -------------------------------------------- We will be training and educating regardless of your experience. -------------------------------------------- Starting at 18/hr ---> Hourly pay is increased with years of experience
