Rehome 8 mo old Female GSD

We are looking to rehome our 8 mo old female GSD puppy, Pixie. She is UTD on all shots and microchipped, however, she has not yet been spayed as our vet recommends waiting until a year old for large breed dogs. Additionally, she has a heart murmur which is typical for her breed. The vet believes she will likely grow out of it and it causes her no issues day to day, however, it is something to be aware of. We will require a commitment to getting her spayed and not to use her for breeding. We are rehoming her as she does not get along with our female husky. She needs to either be the only dog in the home or she needs to be only with male dogs, but recommend she be the only dog. She does great with other dogs outside our home and is good with kids. She is house broken and will sleep in her crate but we do not crate her during the day as we both work from home so I wouldn't say she's crate trained. Rehoming fee $600.
