Hello Asheville musicians! I am relocating from ENC to the Asheville NC area in the near future. Just curious if anyone could give me any insight on the music scene. Or point me in the right direction to link up with other musicians in the area. Any areas outside of Asheville with a decent music scene? Im not really interested in cover bands unless its paying and fun. Mainly looking for original music in the realm of rock, blues, soul, jazz fusion, punk, and melodic doom. I am a bassist who also plays guitar and drums. Musically I like a wide range of genres. The genre of music depends on the instrument I am playing. I consider myself a musically diverse musician.
