Late night venue cleaning needed

We are in search of a reliable and thorough cleaning service for our venue. We have small events booked on Saturday and some Friday's and Sunday's. Our rentals usually end at midnight and it would be ideal if you could come in at that time to clean and lock up. The most important thing to us is that the cleaning quality is consistent and reliable. We will be relying on you to clean the space, to our specifications in order to be prepared for the next event. There may be times when we are not available to double check and need to know that the space is ready. Bad reviews for cleanliness can really hurt the reputation of a business like ours. This is a second floor space with wooden stairs and wood floors throughout. The main hall is 2,000sq/ft. There is a kitchen, private room, storage room and two single stall restrooms. The cleaning will include: * Wipe down 10 66" round folding tables. 100 folding chairs and put them away in the storage room. *Clean counter tops *Sweep and mop the floors, hallway and stairs with Bona floor cleaner *Cleaning the glass on the exterior doors *Wipe down railing, baseboards and trim. *Clean and restock restrooms, including wiping down the wainscoting and base boards, cleaning the mirrors *Cleaning any trash on the sidewalk entryway *Lock everything up *Notifying us of any damages or concerns We would ask that you come in the night or morning before the next event for this additional cleaning. The space will be left in the condition that it was in after your initial cleaning and should require very little effort to get it ready for the day's event. The restrooms, hallway and stairs do get used during the week and will require some cleaning. Before party cleaning will include: *A second sweeping of the floors *A second mopping of the floors *Additional cleaning and restocking of restrooms as needed *Additional cleaning of the hallway and stairs and glass on the exterior doors We often clean the space ourselves and have specific products and methods that we have found to work best for our space. Everything included, the cleaning after an event takes one person 2.5 hours. We would like to offer a set rate of $110 for this cleaning. The follow up cleaning before an event takes about an hour. We can offer $40 for this cleaning. Do you have the availability to commit to doing this job at midnight on Saturdays and some Fridays/Sundays/ weekdays? We are able to share our calendar with you so that you can see all of our events. If this is all agreeable, we would like to meet you at the venue and go over the specifics of the cleaning process.
