We are seeking hard-working, reliable, and common-sensed men and women to assist in installing, maintaining, and removing decorative lighting, holiday decor, large Christmas trees, light line trees, light tunnels, and more. Candidates must be comfortable on tall ladders and on rooftops. Candidates must: - be able to legally work in the United States - have working and reliable transportation - have a valid driver’s license - have a working and reliable cell phone - be able to lift 50 pounds - be open to working long shifts - be able to work on ladders all day Ideal candidates will have: - previous holiday lighting experience - the ability to manage 2-4 other crew members (for crew lead position) - experience working with boom lifts, bucket trucks, - a basic understanding of simple electrical components - a “MacGyver” mentality to problem solving Wages begin at $16-18/hour depending on experience. Competent and experienced candidates who are promoted to Crew Lead positions can expect to make $20/hr. Raises are given based on work ethic and reliability. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. 32–40+ hours per week average between October and January with overnights and weekend work available.
