We are a property management company with properties throughout the Temple, Strawberry Mansion and Wynnefield neighborhoods. The office base is on the border of Brewerytown and Strawberry Mansion We are in need of an experienced, organized individual available for year round work. YOU MUST BE SKILLED IN MAINTENANCE IF YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB. This craftsman will be able to handle an array of tasks :: 3+ years in carpentry finish work including but not limited to trim, doors, cabinets, tiling, spackle, paint touch-ups and caulking/sealing Creating punch-lists Gathering necessary materials to accomplish a job correctly and efficiently Strong attention to detail Works well independently or with a team Finish Carpentry skill set including kitchen cabinets and interior/exteriors door Ability to paint, drywall and spackle :: Repairs, finishing, plaster Repair and replace doors, windows, trim, counters, and cabinets. Five years of experience is preferred involving independent work for older urban townhouse maintenance. Duties will also include changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, assisting with leaks, installing water meter spreads, replace thermostat and smoke detector batteries, clearing clogs, replace air filters... etc. MUSTS Have an eye for detail Professionalism with the office, tenants and other workers Basic know how of computers and email to get acquainted with the property management software as it relates to work orders Valid Driver's License Auto Insurance Reliable Vehicle Skyline allows gas reimbursement Pay can be negotiated upon experience
