Need a A-1 Mechanic ASAP

2001 Chevy Impala I brought the car last month it was good until the car stopped running on the highway last week. I try to start the car n it gives a clicking sound like there isn't enough power coming from the starter to the battery or vise-versa. I brought brand new Starter, still no start I brought a brand new battery still no start just the same clicking sound. Could need new wiring from the battery to the starter maybe the ground needs reconnecting I really don't know but an A-1 good mechanic that loves to get paid for what they love to do will.
