Need semi-skilled and labor help

Looking for jack of all trades sort of help. Most urgent is repair leaks in metal roof valleys before weather changes. After that, we will need some cleanup on the property, (can exchange for some salvage of metal or other materials) possible fencing, indoor painting, possible exterior siding, some small carpentry/cabinet work (wainscoting and window trim.) If we work well together there is a possibility of organizing my shop and refinishing a small office. Office would include remove old carpet, tile or linoleum, remove and replace sheetrock, paint, and some simple plumbing. All of this is no more than a semi-skilled level of work. I pay by the hour only. Not interested in quotes. If you are under age, I will need parental consent. If you are a hard worker, but not experienced, I am happy to mentor. I could easily have done all of this work myself 20 years ago, but time wounds all heels! I can work with you and direct the jobs, I just can't do much physical work anymore.
