We are looking for hard workers that have experience in the field of property preservation and/or landscaping. This is a labor position and candidate must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. At this time we are ONLY looking for applicants with experience. Foreman experience is a plus. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES: * Minimum 1 year experience * Raking and weeding * Trimming trees and bushes correctly * Digging holes and trenches * Laying decorative rock, rip rap and flagstone * Use a wheel barrow to move material weighing 300+ lbs (rock,dirt,concrete) * Using weedeaters, blowers, chainsaws and other power tools ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS BUT NOT NECESSARY: * Knowledge of PVC, sprinklers, irrigation and timers * Preparation and installation of sod * Planting flowers, shrubs, succulents, trees * Installation of pavers * Mixing concrete and mortar * Installation of different types of fencing. (chain link, wooden, split rail) FOREMAN DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 2 years experience running a crew. * Knowledgeable of all aspects of landscaping and worker safety. * Ability to keep workers on task and completing jobs in a timely manner. * Ability to problem solve * Ability to plan route and/or jobs for the day. * Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor * Ability to drive and back up truck and trailer safely into confined areas without damage. * Ability to maintain records pertaining to the job. We clean up repossessed houses all over Tucson and surrounding areas. We perform detailed yard clean-ups and create landscape designs to get houses ready for sale. The position is Monday thru Friday. Pay is every week on Monday. Starting pay is $14/HR for laborers. Foreman pay depending on experience. $17-$19/HR Must be dependable with no attendance issues.
