Hiring ASAP! We are a property management company for vacation rentals in the hi-desert. We're looking to hire an Operations & Site Manager for our properties who can help with maintenance, troubleshooting issues, site projects, errands, pool/spa servicing, and outdoor upkeep for our properties. This position would start as part-time with opportunity for full-time. We are looking for a team member who is reliable, efficient, solution-oriented, communicative, and is dedicated to 5-star quality of their work. Work is typically between 11am-4pm between Sunday-Friday. We can guarantee 20 hours per week at $25/hour to start. We will review for a raise and additional hours within 4-6 weeks. Someone with handyman/maintenance/vacation rental experience is required. Pool/spa service experience preferred. Must have a car. Must pass a background check.
