Need Help Building Decks and Fences

I am very busy this month building and repairing decks and fences. I need a hand to complete all of the jobs in a timely manner. Ideal person has some basic carpentry knowledge, but at the least I'm looking for someone reliable, who can work outside most of the day moving heavy lumber, and has the capacity to learn the basics. The need is immediate. The right person can start tomorrow.
