Cross Builders LLC is looking for an experienced On-Site Home Construction Project Manager. Must have industry knowledge of all aspects of construction: framing, roofing, siding, decks, windows, etc. Must be able to manage and coordinate construction projects on-site to ensure efficiency and quality work. Must be able to read architectural plans. - Must have experience in all aspects of home improvement/construction. - Must have professional appearance to represent company appropriately. - Must have NJ Drivers License. - Must have own vehicle. - Salary based on experience. *Cross Builders maintains a "Zero Tolerance Policy" for alcohol and drug use. **Only candidates who meet the above listed qualification will be considered.
