Looking for an experienced cake/cookie decorator interested in working on a per project/profit sharing basis. No baking experience needed. Bottom line...I excel at baking and have a successful bakery but have zero decorating skills. Requests come in for decorated cakes and/or cookies, and I have to turn them down because unless the customer wants their product to look like a toddler got into the frosting, they should ask someone else. The Deal... 1. Request comes in. You get the call. 2. I price out the cost of baking the cake/cookies; YOU price out YOUR cost for decorating based on YOUR rates. 3. Customer pays itemized charges. You get your bit, I keep what's mine. 4. More than happy to also promote you as the artist responsible for the awesome decorating job. The conditions.... 1. Only natural food dyes are used. I'll buy them. 2. You'll supply the decorating equipment, although I do have some materials already on hand. 3. All decorating needs to be done in my licensed commercial kitchen in Coatesville.
