2 positions offered 1. Material runner and pool start up technician. Must have basic pool and chemical knowledge or ability to learn on the job with little to no supervision. Job will include running materials from distribution houses in Raleigh to jobsites in Durham Chapel Hill area, pool cleaning, and some project management. Must have reliable vehicle and be available on the weekends when needed. 20-30 hours per week 1099 Employee Position 2. general laborer 5-10 hours a week on local new home construction jobs, must be able to lift 50 pounds. Tasks include, jobsite clean up, sweeping, new appliance set up, house number install, minor trim install and various other construction tasks. must have vehicle and tools.
