Property Management company Located in Southfield Michigan. (Properties are located on the westside of Detroit Michigan.)
It is very important that the person be versatile, due to the work flow.
It is extremely important that the person be reliable, dependable, and organized.
Compensation will be based on market rates and experience.
The maintenance person will be responsible for handling or coordinating the following items listed below.
Backflow prevention
Basement Waterproofing
Bathroom Remodels
Ceramic and Vinyl Flooring
Concrete Work
Dry wall and mudding
Demolition
Electrical Installation and trouble shooting, circuits
Gutters installation and cleaning
HVAC, furnace and water heaters Installation and trouble shooting and repairing
Hardwood floors
Doors and Fixtures
Kitchen Remodels
Painting, Interior and Exterior
Plumbing installation, Drain snake outs
Lite Roof Repair
Snow Removal
Vinyl Siding
Water Damage Restoration
Window installation and repair
