This no good pos from around the corner from my house in Marion stole my lil dog named peper boy and gave him to one of his buddies. The dude he gave him to is efren castillon. I been trying to catch the dude for over a month. Plz help. My dog is white with black ears and has a skip in his walk due to a old injury to his left back leg when he was a pup.
