Residential Landscape Partner Wanted

Building a small high end residential landscape side business. Looking for creative, design minded, hard working (must be physically capable of performing the work), customer friendly, engaging female for discussion about potential partnership. As a lifetime landscape professional (commercial & residential), I have repeatedly experienced the value and customer appreciation of females in the workforce. Industry has been way too much of a boys club for way too long. This is not an ad for regular employment. I am building this as a side business at the moment and have a backlog of work to be completed. Looking for a partner to perform the work with that will contribute strongly to a positive customer experience. I do not do any mowing. This is landscape design, renovation, installation. I have also accepted other types of work such as basic household repair tasks. My focus is on delivering outstanding customer experiences and any potential partner would have to positively add to that experience. I have a regular M-F job so all work is currently performed on weekends. Weekend availability is required. Given the targeted focus I have for a female partner, I understand it may cause concern or skepticism. I am willing to provide information and social media profiles (FB, LI, IG) for you to reference and verify who I am and what I do. Earnings are either hourly or by job, averaging $25-50 per hour.
