General Manager (Orange County) needed for a high growth flood and fire restoration firm. As a General Manager for the Orange County region, you will lead a team to deliver on 40-50 flood dry out jobs per month while operating within the established operations budget. In this role, you will be responsible for: ● Maintaining and expanding relationships with our network of referral partners ● Responding within one hour or less to homeowners referred to us ● Converting leads into jobs at or above expected ratios ● Completing jobs on time and on budget ● Ensuring that insurance collection targets are met ● Managing all other operating costs at or below budget ● Your most important job is creating peace of mind for our homeowners while getting their lives back to normal fast, all while maintaining an efficient and effective business operation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high degree of comfort driving business processes using automation. Qualifications: Required ● 10+ years experience managing flood restoration/dry out jobs and teams ● Previous responsibility executing to sales, collections and profit/loss goals ● Track record of managing individuals and teams to performance standards ● Prior experience working with insurance companies: writing scopes and collecting payments ● Commitment to growth and learning ● Persistence and personal discipline ● Strong multi-tasking abilities and adherence to deadline discipline ● Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills ● Comfort with business systems/project management software Strongly desired ● Bachelor’s degree ● Experience using Basecamp project management software ● If you don’t think you meet all the criteria above but are still interested in the job, please apply.
