Cooking Volunteers needed and other positions

Our charity has recently acquired a food truck and we are needing hopefully some consistent volunteers to help with operations to serve hot fresh meals on sight at our current and potential future locations. We are able to provide food handler's certificates and would train you as well if this is uncharted waters for you, but don't know all the proper things. ***Volunteers must have a criminal background check. We are EEOC compliant.*** • No history of violent or sexual crimes • Recent (12 months) drug conviction is case by case We serve on Tuesday and Wednesdays with prepping done in the morning and serving before noon, we are certainly flexible on when you'd like to come in and help. Come for an hour or two or stay for the entire event. On top of making meals, we also have a food pantry done as well for anyone to grab additional items. This is great for college students, older folks, or someone who works remotely too and offer a wide variety of other volunteer needs. Please feel free to contact me.
