I have a couple of Beams and joists that need to be replaced in my basement. This requires basic carpentry skills and quite a bit of strength to lift the beam into place. Requires one carpenter and 1-2 helpers to put the beam into place. All materials will be provided. 1- Steel Beam with posts 24' 1-Steel Beam about 5' with posts 3-Joists Replaced - will require careful hand-cutting Replace Joist hangers where damaged or missing about 20
