Job description As an Air Wans Installer & Field Technician, you are the face of our company to our new and existing customers. Air Wans Wireless Internet is a fixed wireless Internet service provider bringing high speed Internet service to un-served and under-served rural communities covering nearly 3,000 square miles. Job Functions: Install new residential and commercial customers with wireless Internet service. Troubleshoot and repair issues with existing customers Internet connections. Maintain inventory of parts and tools in your company vehicle; keep organized and clean. Assemble, configure, and install radios, antennas, and routers/access points on rooftops and interior ceilings/walls. Log work in CRM and complete work order. Educate customers and answer questions regarding their wireless Internet service. Skills & Requirements: Comfortable and professional while working in customer homes/workplaces Very comfortable and safe at working at heights, on ladders, rooftops, and in tight spaces in most weather conditions. Highly safety conscious. Valid Driver's License required with clean or minimal driving record. Excited to learn new technology. Preferred: Wireless/networking (TCP/IP, routers, Wi-Fi) experience. Preferred: Basic knowledge of home and building construction. Schedule: 9AM - 5PM, Monday thru Friday - ability to work overtime required.
