Need work done today. One room only. Old wood floor needs to be scrubbed. Located in rental unit. Thick layer of dirt. Needs to be swept, hand scrubbed. Difficult job. Floor finish is beginning to dissolve and has mixed with dirt. May require solvent.
I will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.
