Desperately needing help!!

I desperately need help! I have 3 cats that need to be taken in/fostered/adopted. My POS neighbor left them behind when they moved out, and my family tried to save them from the shelter. But we’re trying to move into a new house and cannot take these boys with us. Someone, anyone? Even just advice is welcome!!!
