Among other things we make pet memorials on acrylic. The one shown has a wooden base - i.e., extra fee for that. The basic plaque has the base bent in the base of the acrylic so it can stand as if in a holder. Basic size is 4-5" wide, 2-3" tall (above the tabletop). For this I will ask $35. You must supply a good photo.
