My purse got stolen from my car at Fred Meyer Grand BLVD parking lot

On Tuesday on 8/24/2021, I went to Fred Meyer on the grant blvd. My purse was stolen from my car around 2:40 PM. I didn't exactly how did it happen. I put my purse in the front seat and I unloaded my groceries then I returned the cart at front of the store but I didn't lock my car. I know when I am unloading my groceries, there was a sedan kind of gray color parked next to my. I parked 2nd row from the street near the store, near the parking where you can charge your electric car. I saw the man standing near his car but I noticed when I came back from returning the cart he left immediately like in hurry. I went home, 5 minutes from the store. Then I realized my purse was gone. I went back to store, asked to see video footage from Fred Meyer. Unfortunately, the security said their camera wasn't not on that angle. Everything I have is in the purse. Cell phone, atm, credit card, work badge, cash, everything. I am very devastated. My purse is kate spade floral blue color. Please, if anybody knows or hear or see, please help me. I don't have any cell phone until now. This thief tried to take money from all of my cards with same amount 505.95 dollars. Thank you.
